Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An Occupational Therapist position is available in the Sweet Home, OR area, working onsite within a school setting. This contract role follows the traditional school schedule with flexible hours and serves students from kindergarten through 12th grade, focusing primarily on elementary students. The position offers an immediate start, continuing through June 12, 2026, to align with the end of the school year, with interviews commencing soon for the next academic year.
Key Qualifications:

* Active Oregon state license as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families

Location:

* Sweet Home, Oregon (onsite, school-based setting)

Primary Responsibilities:

* Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students to support their educational participation and functional goals
* Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions in coordination with teachers and school staff
* Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
