Locum Occupational Therapist – Major Adaptations Team
Location: Newham, UK
Rate: Up to £36/hr
Hours: Full-time, ongoing
Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for our Major Adaptations Team in Newham. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver major adaptations for adults in social care settings
- Apply moving and handling techniques to ensure safe and effective practice
- Conduct client assessments and contribute to service evaluations and improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and external contractors
- Maintain accurate client records in line with HCPC standards and legal requirements
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in adult social care, major adaptations, and community OT
- Strong moving and handling skills
