Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate School-Based Occupational Therapist (OTR) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in the Corpus Christi area and surrounding communities.
New graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates who have graduated and are waiting to take the NBCOT board exam are encouraged to apply now.

*Position Details*
* *Employment Type:* Full-time and Part-time available
* *Compensation:* Hourly rate (based on experience and credentials)
* *Estimated Annual Pay (Full-Time):* Approximately $36,000 $72,000
* *Schedule:* Follows school calendar
* *Summers Off*
* *Location:* Corpus Christi, TX and surrounding areas
* *Travel:* Must be willing to drive between campuses as assigned
*Responsibilities*
* Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
* Support fine motor, visual motor, sensory, and functional skill development
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
* Develop and implement IEP goals
* Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
* Participate in ARD/IEP meetings as needed
*Qualifications*
*For OTR:*
* Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
* NBCOT certified (or eligible and awaiting exam)
*For COTA:*
* Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
* NBCOT certified (or eligible and awaiting exam)
