MUST BE A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND A PLUS IF ALSO A LICENSED CHIROPRACTOR Synergy Spine and Orthopedics, in partnership with LimbplastX Institute, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Director to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing physical therapy department, providing top-notch care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy department
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including those undergoing leg lengthening and spine procedures
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy programs and services
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the department

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy
• New graduates with strong leadership qualities and a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply
• Orthopedic experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
