We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our *IN-HOUSE* therapy team! New Grads Welcome to Apply!_*Will consider Part-Time or a consistent PRN!*_

**$2,500 Re-location Assistance/Sign-On Bonus Available for Part-Time**

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and leisure activities.
* Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning processes.
* Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive equipment, home safety, and strategies to support functional independence.
* Supervise occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) and ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
* Adhere to all applicable regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current and valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Virginia.
* Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), _preferred._
* Previous experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
