We have an excellent Full-Time opportunity for a dynamic *Occupational Therapist* *(OTR)* to care for our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Must have an occupational therapy license in the State of Missouri, have excellent communication and computer skills as well as reliable transportation. The qualified candidate may also possess a Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy.

We ask our dear staff to accomplish the following in the home:
* Assess the patients physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
* Provide advice and support for family members
* Assess the home environments of the patient
* Educate and instruct on assistive devices and equipment
* Provide home exercise program
* Assist patients exercise for pain relief
* Review the patients progress related to occupational therapy
* Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls
