*Position Overview *
RiverKids Pediatric Home Health is actively seeking a _*Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. *_
*We offer flexible scheduling and never require a set number of weekly visits *allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.
*Responsibilities *
* Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
* Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams
*Qualifications Occupational Therapist (OT):*
* Active Texas OT license Certified
*Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):*
* Active Texas COTA license
*For All Candidates: *
* CPR Certification
* Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Reliable transportation
* Auto Insurance
* Passion for working with children and families
