Responsibilities:

– Evaluates, treats, and educates patients to prevent, correct, alleviate and limit physical disability, body and movement dysfunction and pain from an injury, disease, and any other bodily and mental conditions

– Communicates effectively with patients and medical providers in a professional manner and provides positive interaction with patients and clinicians.

– Directly or Indirectly supervises PTAs, students, volunteers, and aides as needed.

– Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction

Clinical Oversight:

– Maintain high standards of patient care and treatment protocols.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy.

– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.

Requirements:

– Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

– Licensed Physical Therapist with PA License.

– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

– Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

– Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in therapy settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Bilingual is preferred.
