Occupational Therapist (OT)

What Youll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled interventions focused on activities of daily living, functional mobility, and life skills
Collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment, and home programs
Monitor progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications:
Doctorate, Masters or Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Occupational Therapist state licensure
CPR and BLS certification
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
