Penn Home Health is looking for an energetic and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities: *Optimizes physical abilities and skills of patients *
*Implementing treatment for all assigned patients*
*Delivering treatment to achieve identified objectives according to the established treatment plan*
*Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family*
As a member of our team, you will work independently but have the support of all of our staff.

*Qualifications*
* Valid Occupational Therapist license
* Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology
* Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy
* Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Background in discharge planning and care plans
