*About the Role*
We are seeking a Temporary Pediatric Occupational Therapist to cover a 3-month maternity leave beginning mid-March. This role is a great fit whether youre newer to pediatric therapy and looking for strong team support, or an experienced OT who enjoys stepping into an established caseload in a collaborative setting.
There may be an opportunity to continue with Great Kids Therapy at the end of the leave period in either a full-time or part-time capacity, depending on clinic needs and mutual fit.

*What Youll Do*
Provide pediatric occupational therapy using a play-based, sensory-focused approach
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized goals
Build positive relationships with kids and families
Complete documentation in accordance with clinic standards
Contribute to a supportive, fun, team-oriented clinic culture

*Qualifications*
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
Active Occupational Therapy License (preferred)
New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
Ability to work in person in Fargo, ND
