*Job Title: *We have an immediate opening for Occupational Therapist (School)
*Location:* On-Site, multiple locations near Flagstaff, AZ
*Hours: *10-20 hours / week
*Salary: *Negotiable (Hourly)
*Commute: This position requires commute (paid hour and reimbursable mileage).*
*Responsibilities:* The Occupational Therapist (School) requires weekly on-site services to perform occupational therapy services to students, including but not limited to evaluation, therapy, and assessment.
* Deliver certified, high-quality occupational therapy services to students at school.
* Conduct evaluations and develop intervention strategies to support student participation and progress within the general curriculum.
* Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings to review evaluations results, and offer recommendations, and develope individual plan to achieve IEP goals
* Work with special education and teachers regarding assessment, evaluation of therapy programs for students.
* Provide culturally sensitive services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adhere to Special Education laws and timelines.
*Qualifications:*
* *Active Occupational Therapy License*
* Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff and parents.
* Valid Driver License and Comfortable with Commute
* Working knowledge of processes, policies, and practices that impact the efficiency of conflict management systems.
* Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening.
Job Type: Part-time
