Park Center is looking to add to our Therapy Department ! We are looking for a *PRN* Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
You will:
* Work with Occupational Therapists to develop and deliver individualized patient treatment based on evaluation results, POC and established patient goals.
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation, billing of patient treatment and maintain department productivity standards.
* Consult with Occupational Therapist regarding changes in patient status, treatment plan, and goals
* Provide patient and family education
* Communicate with nursing staff, case management, social workers, PT, SLP, patients/families, and physicians to promote optimal patient care and customer service.
* Participate in quality activities/programs within the department.
Required: Licensed by the State of Ohio, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Athletic Trainer Board, BLS.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
License/Certification:
* COTA (Required)
