Physical Therapist

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing, privately owned outpatient clinic in Leander, TX. The clinic has been established for two years and recently transitioned to new ownership five months ago. The new clinic owners are focused on intentional growth, expanding clinic operations from three to five days per week while maintaining a high-quality, one-on-one patient care model.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who values autonomy, growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000–$90,000, with total compensation up to $95,000 based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus: Up to $1,000. Performance metrics will be collaboratively developed
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance options or monthly health insurance stipend
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks
• Paid Holidays: 6 days
• Continuing Education: $3,500 CEU allowance
• Unlimited Interal CEU opportunities

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 5 days per week
• Part-Time: Open to 4 days per week

Clinical Model

• 100% outpatient care
• One-on-one patient treatment
• Average caseload: up to 12 patients per day
• 40-minute treatment intervals
• Patient population: Adults to geriatrics
• Primary focus: Vestibular, balance, and orthopedic care
• Open to expanding into additional specialties based on clinician interest
• EMR: Prompt

Team & Practice Environment

• Current staff includes one front desk team member and one part-time Physical Therapist
• Supportive, growth-focused clinic ownership
• Opportunity to help shape clinic expansion and long-term development

Qualifications

• Clear and active Texas Physical Therapy license
• New graduates welcome
• New Grad Compensation: $85,000 base
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong interest in vestibular, balance, and orthopedic care
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a developing practice
