The role involves providing Indivdual care in a private home setting. Responsibilities include indivdual care provided, and collaborating with Doctors, Physical Therapist to ensure the best outcomes for indivdual. The nurse must maintain a high standard of the individual safety, comfort, and communication with both the individual, Doctor, Physical Therapist. Qualifications Strong communication skills to interact with indivdual, Doctor, Physical Therapist effectively Basic knowledge of doing Telethealth Vists, using ipad, computer, iphone for individual Phycial Therapist approintments. Experience in Training for the individual Blood draw and Wound Care with Doctors Orders, Checking Blood Pressure, Oxy Levels for individual Doctors Vists. Current nursing license and CPR certification,RN, LPN,CNA, with a Medical Backgroud. Compassionate, empathetic, and indivdual-centered approach Ability to Learn, Motive, Ask Questions effectively to Doctor and Physical Therapist. Previous experience in private duty nursing or home healthcare is advantageous and Learning New Skilled Medical Needs.
