*What Youll Do as an Occupational Therapist*

* Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders and care plan.
* Conduct initial evaluations and reassessments and create or revise treatment plans.
* Supervise COTAs and HHAs, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercise programs.
* Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
* Document evaluations, progress notes, OASIS assessments, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
* Participate in case conferences, QAPI activities, in-services, and peer reviews.
* Travel to patient homes within your assigned service area.

*What Were Looking For*

* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Eligibility for National Registration Examination by AOTA.
* Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
* Current CPR certification.
* Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
* Strong clinical reasoning, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* Compassion, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
