*Position Overview*
We are looking for Occupational Therapists who prefer later start times, evening hours, and/or weekend shiftsa schedule that works around school drop-off, childcare, or daytime commitmentsto bring pediatric care into our Bayshore clinic.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Treat children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs
* Collaborate with families, therapists, and clinical leadership
* Complete timely documentation within paid work hours
* Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions kids actually enjoy
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, and functional training.
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records in our *AI-powered EMR system* that reduces documentation time by up to 85%.
* Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and internal team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
* Contribute to our culture of learning through mentorship, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications*
* Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
* Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork counts!)
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
