*Position*: Occupational Therapist – Home Health
*Location: *Prince William County
*Type*: PRN
*Responsibilities:*
*Occupational Therapist:*
* Assess and evaluate patients’ physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized therapy plans.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and overall functionality.
* Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment use.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
*Requirements:*
* Valid state licensure and certifications for the respective therapy discipline.
* Drivers License
* CPR Certification
* Previous experience in home health or a similar setting.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients’ homes.
